I start with a strong performance last weekend, an inspiration in Arne Gabius (knowing “what the marathon really means”) and the correct philosophy. A coach and advisors to help me know myself, listen to my limits when training, overcome my limits by training.
Short term goal: an aggressive cross-country season, consistently over 80% age grading.
Training methodology: consistent, relaxed, avoiding strain and illness.
Tonight: 8×3′ (60″ rest) on grass, flat, progressive pacing.
